Smartstrate™ GAS BLOCKS Patents Pending
CPI has developed a unique gas or chemical delivery system we call Smartstrate™. The Smartstrate™ system is a cost affective means of utilizing the many benefits of any SEMI 2787.1 compliant surface-mounted component. The Smartstrate™ system is made up of multi-port gas blocks that are welded together to form the flow path through the delivery stick. Components can be mounted on one or both sides of the gas blocks. The Smartstrate™ system offers extreme design flexibility, reliability, and safety.

FEATURES

  • An all welded substrate greatly reduces potential leaks by eliminating 87% of the mechanical seals.
