CLEAN ROOM ASSEMBLY
CPI performs welding, assembly and certifications in our 600 square foot certified Class 100 Clean Room. We weld everything from Space Station subassemblies and satellite propulsion systems, to chemical and gas delivery systems for the semiconductor industries. Our analytical equipment includes: a Helium Leak Detector, an Oxygen/Moisture Analyzer, a Hydrocarbon Analyzer and a Laser/CNC Particle Measuring System. Our clean room also has 18 mega ohm, heated DI water.
